Leading Korean painter Uno Jeon's abstract painting works with theme of Jesus Christ are being exhibited at Trinity Galllery in Yangje-dong in south of Han River in Southern Seoul.
The solo exhibition featuring his 300 plus abstract painting works exploring religious world of holy Christ opened on Nov.11 with participation of 200 plus invited guests including members of foreign diplomatic corps accredited to S.Korea including Quatemala Amb. Gustavo Adolfo Lopez Calderon.
The exhibition opening from 10 a.m through 5 p.m. will continue through Dec.31 2018.
Painter Uno Jeon uses his abstract art language of shape, form, color and line to create a composition which shows identity of Korean churches today with his art works on display.
As a devoted Christian, Uno Jeon has been working steadily for church branding for many years through integration of images in abstract format. Uno Jeon tried to paint the holiness of christ images through non-figurative and non-objective art works.
